In collaboration with Mathematics, English and Statistics Help (MESH), Golden Key Society organized a SPSS program workshop on the 28th of August 2014. This year, our chapter decided to hold this workshop as we anticipated a growing need for statistics help as the campus' statistic advisor, who was helping with MESH, had just left the university. With the intentions to serve and help the campus and students alike, Golden Key designed and delivered the workshop in a period of less than a month.

The workshop was designed to impart the basic foundations of SPSS and it was delivered by Golden Key's Intellectual Officer, Kenneth Lee, and our chapter Presider, Ahmad Ishqi, with the other committee members present to guide and assist participants throughout the workshop.

Overall, the workshop was a huge success! There was overwhelming responses from students from different faculties in JCU. Participants had rated the workshop favorably from the feedback responses and found the content delivered to be of great use.

Golden Key would like to thank MESH and the related statistic professors for their help and advice in the delivery of content. This workshop would not have been successful without their assistance. Our society is proud to have been able to provide such timely help to the student community and will continue to do so in the near future. Please look forward to future events organized by Golden Key!
